Text fonts and colour configuration

• h2 settings
• change the link between menu bar colour and normal font colour
• The hover effect on posts is interesting, but for a CMS-like application unusual. It would be great to be able to easily disable it over the layout- fonts and colours or to make it transparent.  If we can't find a workaround we will probably disable the paragraph hover effect.
